Spitball SMS Messaging Terms
Program. Spitball LLC ("Spitball," "we," "us") operates a recurring text message program that sends marketing and order-related messages to subscribers who have opted in.
How to join. You opt in by submitting your mobile number and giving consent on spitballcardgame.com. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Spitball at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us, and SMS consent is not required to enter any giveaway or sweepstakes we run.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Spitball does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that we will not send you further marketing texts unless you opt in again.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority over, the mobile number you provide.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier or device.
Privacy. Your number is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number.
Changes. We may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
