SPITBALL: FOOTBALL EDITION — OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

Spitball LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Spitball Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Spitball LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 5, 2026 and ends on August 1, 2027, or when 250 units of Spitball: Football Edition have been sold, whichever comes first. Sponsor’s clock is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry:

Purchase Entry: Purchase one (1) unit of Spitball: Football Edition at spitballcardgame.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Each unit purchased earns one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing and one (1) entry into each Secondary Prize drawing. Limit of ten (10) purchase entries per person.

Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Comment your favorite football team on Sponsor’s designated sweepstakes post on Instagram or TikTok (@spitballgame) during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) free entry per person per designated post. To be eligible, your account must be public at time of entry. Free entries receive equal odds per entry as purchase entries.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries once 250 units of Spitball: Football Edition have been sold. If 250 units are not sold before August 1, 2027, no Grand Prize will be awarded and no compensation will be substituted.

Secondary Prize — Free Box: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries at the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Secondary Prize — Featured Card Idea: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries at the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the applicable trigger event. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZES

Grand Prize: One (1) sporting event experience up to $300 approximate retail value (ARV). Winner selects the professional sporting event and seats. Sponsor will purchase and deliver tickets directly to winner. Prize is redeemable within twelve (12) months of award date. No cash substitution. Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected prize becomes unavailable.

Secondary Prize 1: One (1) unit of Spitball: Football Edition. ARV: $24.99.

Secondary Prize 2: Winner’s personal card idea considered for inclusion in a future edition of Spitball. No guaranteed timeline. No cash value.

Total ARV of all prizes: $324.99.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform through which they entered, or via email if entered through purchase, within fourteen (14) days of selection. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Winner must provide proof of age and eligibility upon request. Ineligible winners or failure to respond within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

9. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No tax forms will be issued as total prize value does not exceed $600.

10. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. PRIVACY

Entry information will be used only for administration of this Sweepstakes and will not be sold to third parties. See Sponsor’s Privacy Policy for full details.

12. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
